need to anchor this whole work back onto PEOPLE (this is NOT the same as Steve B's 'people-centeredness.' It's not people are the beneficiaries, but rather that people are accountable and participation is crucial.)
this is all about all of us becoming the makers of the world
(sam's note: I think it is about more than just becoming makers of the world, but also the theorists, researchers, educators, librarians, cultural producers, journalists, etc)
These are not the only commons. The point is the commoners doing these sorts of things (as described in the previous chapters) is what makes these structures function.
